第一輪通知及征文通告
合肥學院、安徽省科學技術協(xié)會、安徽省環(huán)境科學學會、德國羅斯托克大學、哥廷根應用科學大學等分別于2006年5月和2008年6月在中國安徽省合肥市成功舉辦了第一屆和第二屆“亞歐環(huán)境技術與知識轉(zhuǎn)化國際會議” （英文名：“International Conference on Asian-European Environmental Technology and Knowledge Transfer）。大會邀請過世界知名學者奧地利里奧本礦山大學Karl E.Lorber教授、德國慕尼黑工業(yè)大學再生資源功能研究中心主任Martin Faulstich教授、德國羅斯托克大學Michael Nelles 教授、德國德累斯頓工業(yè)大學的Bernd Bilitewski教授，以及歐盟駐北京辦事處、GTZ駐北京辦事處和來自德國、奧地利的相關企業(yè)和專家，來自亞洲的韓國、泰國、越南，以及國內(nèi)中國科技大學、南京大學、同濟大學和中國礦業(yè)大學等高校的著名學者教授都做了主題發(fā)言，獲得了很好的學術影響。兩次會議都收編了論文集，其中第二屆會議論文集的全部論文收錄于CPCI（ISTP）。
在總結(jié)前兩屆會議的經(jīng)驗基礎上，經(jīng)過協(xié)商決定由合肥學院、安徽省科學技術協(xié)會、安徽省省環(huán)境科學學會、德國羅斯托克大學、德國哥廷根應用科學大學、美國北卡羅來納州立大學聯(lián)合舉辦“第三屆亞歐環(huán)境技術及知識轉(zhuǎn)化國際會議暨第一屆國際環(huán)境工程研討會” (英文名：“3rd International Conference on Asian-European Environmental Technology and Knowledge Transfer / 1st International Symposium on Environmental Engineering” (3rd ICET &1st ISEE))。本次會議定于2010年5月13-14日在中國安徽省合肥市舉行。會議將秉承先前的會議宗旨，繼續(xù)為國際環(huán)境技術及知識轉(zhuǎn)化提供發(fā)展平臺，同時進一步擴展環(huán)境技術在工程領域的應用，將為廣大專家、學者和企業(yè)提供更為廣泛的交流機會。
會議主題如下：
一、歐洲、美洲及亞洲相關的環(huán)境管理
二、固體廢棄物管理與處置
三、水資源的利用和廢水處理
四、再生能源的研究
五、國際環(huán)境領域合作的戰(zhàn)略和發(fā)展趨勢
六、環(huán)境政策與教育研究
七、其他環(huán)境問題
組委會現(xiàn)進行征文活動，歡迎從事環(huán)境保護領域的政府官員、教育、科研和企業(yè)界人士積極參加，踴躍投稿。本次會議論文將收編成集，繼續(xù)申請CPCI或EI檢索收錄。參會論文請于

其他說明：
1）整篇文檔不分節(jié)。2）不加頁碼。3）不加頁眉。4）文中不要作圖文框。5）各級標題上不能標注文獻。6）“基金項目”放在首頁頁腳（word中操作：插入“腳注和尾注”），給出項目編號。7）英文中沒有“。”（應該用“.”）、“、”（應該用“, ”）、“～”（應該用“?C”）、“《》”（應該用斜體）等標點符號。
參考文獻：
1）文中引用的參考文獻必須在引用處右上角標注，如：[1]、[1,5,8]、[2-5]。2）參考文獻在文后用英文著錄，著錄格式見規(guī)定格式（順序編碼制），小5號times new roman字體；中文文獻標“in Chinese”，日文文獻標“in Japanese”，其他語種同。3）文獻作者全部列出。應姓前名后，姓、名首字母大寫，姓、名之間不用逗號。名可縮寫，不加縮寫點“.”。

First Announcement and Call for papers
The “International Conference on Asian-European Environmental Technology and Knowledge Transfer” (ICET) has been successfully held for two sessions in May 2006 and June 2008 at Hefei University，Hefei, Anhui, P. R. China. The conference included several keynote lectures presented by well-known scholars such as Prof. Karl E. Lorber from Montan University of Leoben, Prof. Martin Faulstich, Dean of Research Centre for Recycling Resource at Technical University of Munich, Prof. Michael Nelles from
Based on the experience of the two successful conferences in 2006 and 2008, we would like to continue the conference and expand the coverage. The “3rd International Conference on Asian-European Environmental Technology and Knowledge Transfer / 1st International Symposium on Environmental Engineering”(3rd ICET & 1st ISEE) will be held on May 13th and 14th, 2010, in Hefei, Anhui, P. R. China. The conference will be jointly organized by Anhui Association for Science and Technology, Anhui Environment Science and Technology Society, Hefei University, Rostock university, HAWK Hildesheim/ Holzminden/ Goettingen and North Carolina State University.
